I have lived at the Griswold for about a year. Great experience from beginning to end! The apartments are less than 2-3 years old and all the appliances are almost new. Great location and nice views. You barely hear noises in your apt. Maintenance Requests are handled pretty quick. Common areas are always clean. Management and staff were responsive and nice. Never had issues with the elevators. There’s literally nothing to complain about!
